Dubai (HOL) – The death toll from floods triggered by El Niño rains has reached 120, with over one million people displaced, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud announced on Friday during his address at the twenty-eighth session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28).
