Who is Maalim Ayman? The al-Shabaab commander killed by US and Somali forces

US and Somali forces have neutralized Maalim Ayman a top Al-Shabaab commander in Somalia. Ayman had a bounty of worth $10 Million on his head. He was responsible for a terror attack in 2020 in which at least 3 Americans were killed. 

The US had designated Al-Shabaab as a terror outfit in 2008. Maalim Ayman Al-Shabaab frequently carry out terror attacks in Somalia and Kenya and have been designated as terrorists by the UN Security Council as well.
