The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, arrived in Asmara in the early afternoon hours today for a two-day working visit.
Upon arrival at Asmara International Airport, President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and his delegation was accorded warm welcome by President Isaias Afwerki.
During their first meeting, held in the afternoon at the State House, President Isaias Afwerki and President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud discussed enhancing bilateral ties between the two countries.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Osman Saleh, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Eritrea.
